ManagePlanning was established in 2012 by Mr. Moez Rahman as part of his advisory work across planning, property, development and complex commercial situations.

As the scope of the work developed, the advisory platform naturally moved beyond planning-only matters into wider strategic execution, business recovery, restructuring, distressed opportunities, infrastructure de-risking and capital-partner coordination.

Turnaround Consultancy is the current brand through which Mr. Rahman continues to lead this advisory and execution-focused work, supporting clients, stakeholders and capital partners where clarity, control and practical delivery matter.
